As long as I have been a customer at R.Polston, Jason Abshire has been the nicest, accountant explaining things, and making it a comfortable transition dealing with state and federal taxes. I recommend him to be everyone’s accountant. You need to ask for him!!!

I hired Polston for help with a tax issue that I faced due to no fault of my own. They were great to work with through the entire process.

I have to say working with Maria Syas at Polston Tax was the best experience I could have ever asked for. She was not only efficient in her work but she answered all my calls, eased my concerns about my tax returns was friendly and helpful above and beyond. She meet the deadline I needed and went above and beyond to make that happen. Also where I thought I was going to owe money we are getting a substantial return. Thank you Maria Syas. Chad, Barbara, Kristina, and Emilio are AMAZING. I was assigned a whole new tax team this year and they know how to get sh*t done. Being in the cannabis business can be a headache when it comes to 280E and they have handled everything I throw at them with confidence and efficiency. You get what you pay for and every penny I have put towards the Polston team was worth it.

I reached out to Polston Tax immediately after my business was suddenly shut down by Covid-19 because I had used Mr. Polston in the past for tax issues. Back then his firm quickly adjusted and helped me every step of the way, fixing what I thought was impossible! I was definitely ready to trust them once again when the pandemic hit! I was scared, anxious and had so many questions, as we all did, but Mr. Bentley was extremely helpful throughout the process! Mr. Bentley was upfront and quick to respond to my questions, as we all were treading through unknown waters. His patience and dedication to my small business was incredible in the process of trying to obtain the EIDL loan. Unfortunately I had a huge tax bill due. I met with Polston hoping they could provide a solution. After the first meeting I knew I had come to the right place. They offered an affordable payment plan for their service and they got started negotiating with the IRS. Kristin Hutton and team kept me informed along the way and did not agree to anything until they had discussed with me. They handled all discussions with the IRS. They did a great job and saved me thousands of dollars. Hope i never have to use their service again but highly recommend their knowledge and professionalism. When faced with tax issues to say its “stressful” is a huge understatement. When Madison Ury took over my case she immediately placed me at ease and assured me we would find a resolution, which she absolutely did. Her communication skills are second to none!!! Any change or movement with my case she was either emailing or calling me. When I left messages with her she immediately called me back! She is an absolute delight to work with!
