They were professional from st...

They were professional from start to finish. All other places would not give quote but would charge by hour and could not tell me how much or how long. Mr. Electric knew what had to be done from start gave me the price. It didn’t matter how long they took I paid what they said it cost in the beginning. The person was respectful, clean cut and in uniform which was different from the others who looked like they just rolled out of bed. I will call them back.

Horrible customer service as w...

Horrible customer service as well as a totally absurd quote. Quote was over $1200 when I got the work done for $250.

ah9999 I sincerely apologize if your service experience was "Horrible", we make every effort to provide expert electrical service, and sometimes we fall short of that goal in our customers eyes. We have an actual person answer our phones and we never give an estimate over the phone to simply try to 'get our foot in the door'. Our technicians are all in uniform, have been background checked and are in brightly colored, easily identified, well stocked vans. We have a 14 step service system that every technician is trained to follow so that we can provide a consistent quality service experience for every customer. We try to listen carefully to the customers needs or wants in every situation and offer solutions that will best meet those needs or wants as well as complying with National Electrical Code,(NEC), to insure the safety of the customer, their family, and property. There are times when we cannot do exactly as a customer asks because it would not be compliant with NEC. There may also be situations where we foresee a problem with an electrical installation and cannot in good conscience for safety sake do as a customer asks. Regarding our pricing we do all our quotes from a 'flat rate manual' so that every customer pays the same price for the same work. We don't work by the hour so if it takes longer to do a job than it took the last time we did the same job the customer does not get penalized. As for getting a $1200 job done for $250 I can't comment on that as we do not keep copies of quotes when the work is declined and I couldn't reference it without a name or address anyway.
