My wife and I went in today to try and find a specific type of book. We weren't quite sure where to find it and weren't sure if they even carried it. We thoroughly searched for it in the most obvious section. An older man asked if we needed help and I told him what we were looking for. But I also warned him that we didn't quite know if they would have what we wanted. He lead us to the "Dating Devotionals" even though we've been married for quite some time. We were looking for a book for my wife, not dating devotionals. He just assumed that's what we wanted. When I tried to specify what we wanted, he was extremely rude to us and loudly interrupted me. He told me what I wanted was completely different then a devotional and to "get it straight, guy." Word for word. I felt embarrassed at first and then realized that it was the worst customer service I have ever had. My wife again explained what we wanted, but he was extremely unhelpful. We finally told him "Thank you" so he would leave. The fact was, we weren't sure if there was an exact category for what we wanted and he asked if we needed help, then yelled at us for not truly knowing what we wanted. Wow. Never going to ask for help at this store again.
