CLOSED NOW - Opens at 9:30am

On Sunday, September 29th, my family and I visited your store in Norman OK. I am well aware this was one of the first days the store was open. The store was crowded however we made our way around fine. After choosing several items, my husband and I found a rug that we liked. I pointed it out to the associate. It was a larger rug, tagged with the price of 199 on the end, as all of them appeared to be. When he handed us the ta; that was used to pay and pick up the rug at the front, it was marked 399. The associates were quite busy and I assumed it was an error so I let him know the rug we chose was clearly marked 199. He said, "ok" and walked off. The store manager appeared and stated that it was a pricing error and she apologized. After being visibly annoyed she offered to give it to us for 10 percent off the 399 price. She suggested that additional questions be directed at Jan; a district manager in the front. I was less than impressed with the information that Jan had given us as well.

On another note, my grandmother was also shopping with us Sunday morning, when she got home she realized that a bag (she paid for) was missing. When she went back to the store, the manager said that the merchandise had been returned to the floor and was unfortunately sold.

The entire experience with your opening weekend was less than par and for your sake, I hope your sales associates abilities and skills drastically improve.
