Provided by YP.comI always seem to have cable problems on Sundays. Your store is closed on Sundays. My cable box (The new contour that I got 5-6 weeks ago!) It worked for awhile, but now will not power up at all. tried numerous outlets, still no power. I called the Cox hotline and they said "seems like your unit is defective and should be exchanged at your nearest Cox Solutions Store" (which is this one in Norman,OK). I would do just that except YOU ARE CLOSED!!!!! I pay for two working cable boxes, but I only have one working cable box and one "paper weight". What are you going to do about it?
