I have been taking my cars here for years. Recently went under new ownership and the owner is rude and disrespectful. I paid for my car to get washed and was walking around outside on the phone and the owner came up from behind me yelling at me to walk towards the designated customer area while waiting for my car. She then accused me of stealing vehicles that are parked out back because they keep keys in them and she doesn't want me to look suspicious on camera. I told her I was simply talking on the phone and she said I wasn't on her Insurance policy to be walking around on her property. She continued to raise her voice in front of other customers still accusing me of thinking about stealing a vehicle. Since this new ownership experience I would advise NO one to use this place for their car detail needs unless you want to be mistreated and wrongly accused in front of people by no one other than the owner herself. Terrible terrible experience!!

This place sucks!

They didn't even wash the windows inside nor vacuum the floorboards and seats in back. Big guy moving my car broke the front seat, owner Todd Hoss promised to pay for it, lier!

This place is horrible. They charge $1 for 3 minutes of vacuuming from a piece of junk vacuum that barely sucks up any dirt. Then I went to wash the outside of my truck with a foam brush and it wasn't even working. Never going to this place again.

This place is terrible.... I followed my boyfriend to drop off his truck and no less than 15 minutes that it took for us to go to Petsmart and back, the truck looked like it did when we dropped it off in the beginning. I don't know if it was the crew that day or what. They did not vacuume at all, did not clean the floor mats, did not lift up the seat in the back and vacumme and did not clean the interior at all!!! This place not only lost my boyfriend as a customer, but I will not take my car there ever.

Since I live a 1/2 hour away, I called ahead of time to verify they provide full service vacuuming and cleaning the carpet/seat interior and they told me yes. When I got there, they said they are too busy to clean the carpet/seat interior in the afternoons and that I could come back the next morning. Since I was already there, I got their Super Valet package for $29.95. There was nothing super about it. AFTER I paid, they informed me some of the services listed in the package are no longer available. The guys working were nice and did a decent job on the exterior, however the receptionist could be been more cordial and they did a horrible job on the interior vacuuming and dusting. I ended up vacuuming my car myself while the guy watched me. The trip was a waste of time and money.

This place has got to be a joke. The worst wash i have ever had. my 3 yr old son could do a better job. Not only was my car still dirty after i came out of the wash, but the guy cleaning it didn't clean my windows and didn't even wipe down the windows. This place used to be a great place before it was sold a few years back. never will i go here again.

I wanted to get my seats shampooed. They weren't dirty (no spots, liquids ever spilled, etc.). I just wanted the normal dust accumulation of a 6 year old car to get cleaned and get a fresh smell.



Mediocre cleaning, no dry vacuum prior to wet (some dust particles and lint are still present where seams are). Shampoo smells like cheap outside car wash detergent.



When I expressed my dissatisfaction the employee did not know how to respond.

On another occasion employees told me how they cleaned some sticky asphalt spots on car's exterior, pretty much begging for a tip. Ugly practice. I tip without being reminded.



Bottom line - if you have a dirty, filthy car - that is your place - you will be impressed. If you are an affluent individual who has no time for that, just do it, You can also buy a new car when it gets dirty enough anyway.



f you care about your car don't get it shampooed there. You could do a better job yourself. Good exercise too. Now that I think about it, my car is clean because I have never had it "cleaned" at places like that.

Great place! The guys working at this place are the hardest working individuals I've seen in awhile. They did a great job and I was very impressed!

You don't wait very long for a really clean car. Waiting room could be improved but it's not bad. Service with attention to detail. Reasonable prices.
