I have been a customer of Bratcher's for over 30 years. I have purchased 3 Lennox systems from them during this time (we moved over the years and I always wanted the very best HVAC in our homes). We like the Lennox systems but even more than that we value the service we get from Bratcher. It is outstanding. I deeply appreciate that service as much as the products they sell. They are just good people to deal with.

I recently had some issues with my thermostat that was beyond anything I knew or could figure out how to fix. I had called my standard heating and air repair company, but for some reason they would never get back in touch with me. I needed my thermostat fixed so I called Bratcher. I was put on the schedule for the next day and the repair tech showed up exactly when he said he was. He made sure not to track snow and dirt into my house. He was constantly cleaning up after every thing he did.

He pinpointed the problem with the thermostat; it was defective. He talked with the thermostat manufacture to get all the details on how to go about getting the thermostat replaced. He reattached an older thermostat, so that our house would continue to be heated. And when he left he left me with written instructions on exactly what I needed to do. I had to do the exchanging because I had personally purchased the thermostat outside of Bloomington.

I couldn't be happier with the service that I received and have probably found a new heating and air conditioning company to work with. It also helped that their initial service call price is cheaper too.

We have always had awesome service from Bratcher. All of the technicians are prompt, friendly, and very professional. They explain the work and give excellent advice on maintenance and trouble shooting. As usual, top notch. I've relied on Bratcher for a number of years and have always found them to be professional and ready to help. Today Brian P. did the work on the furnace and was more than willing to help me with the fireplace. He even allowed me to wipe down the fireplace screen while he was here and then, since I have a bad knee, put the fireplace front back in place for me. I am so grateful.

We were very pleased with our experience with Bratcher Heating & Air. Todd Shaw from sales was very pleasant to work with. He was also on site for the installation of our new furnace. Todd went the extra mile to make sure all went smoothly and we were happy with everything. We plan to contact Todd in the spring for a new a/c unit.

Bratcher's Team of Professionals did excellent work. It is obvious, that they are career employees, giving their best for their customers.

I appreciated that Todd Shaw provided us with several furnace and A/C combinations so that we could review and decide which option we felt best fit our needs and budget!

I felt that the sales person who I worked with really knew the products and how to evaluate the requirements for my home. He recommended a smaller sized system than the other contractors I sought bids from. He assured me they would stand behind the system and do whatever was necessary to satisfy me if a cooling issue occurs. Right now I feel very good about my system and the reputation of Bratcher Heating & A/C.

I was very impressed with the entire experience from start to finish and I love the new heating & cooling system. I'd recommend Bratcher to anyone; they are definitely one of the best in the business.

We were told that they would be out in the afternoon and that we would receive a phone call before they came. They did not show up until 4:45 and did not call first. Once he got here, we got charged a $70 service fee for roughly 30 minutes of work and charged us $168 for a part that after research from another heating and cooling business, costs $16.80 to the business. Obviously, a business has to give some up sell to stay in business, but I am not sure that 1000% to cost is standard practice for any business. AVOID THIS BUSINESS unless you have money to throw away!!!!!!

Experienced problems with company several times. Didn't come to service equipment when called. Very poor service and poor quality equipment.
