Been there 5 times; asked for applicable discount of 25% off and was told that without the card; which we couldn't find; we weren't able to get a discount I earned. Not cool guys. I own a Shih Tzu, which means I have to keep coming back as this is a very high maintenance dog; just don't know if I'll come back to your establishment yet...

Please keep in mind that the discount card is your responsibility. I'm sorry that you were disappointed; however the care of your pup while in my care is my number one concern.

If You Want Your Dogs To Have The Best Experience Ever Go To Susies I Took My Two Standard Poodles And My Yorkie They Came Out So Clean And The Haircuts Came Out So Great Im Taking Them Back Next Month And Thats Besides The Great Customer Service They Give You They Treat Your Dog As It Was One Of Their Own Kids
