I would avoid this location. I have rented with hertz in the past but I was appalled by the service at this location. I had a prepaid reservation and they did not have the vehicle I rented available at predetermined pick up time. They insisted I come back the next morning and upon that arrival no one was there. I planned to pack up the car the night before and leave first thing next morning. They ruined all of these plans, wasted my vacation time, and we’re virtually unapologetic. Worst customer service ever!!! I will choose a different car rental company in the future.
