I have dealt Norco Camper for several years and have always found the owner Mike and staff very courteous and helpful.

Went to this business to have a broken camper shell door looked at. Talked to the lady at the counter and she said oh, I will have our person who knows utility shells come see you. I waited, and waited, and waited. And mind you I was right by the counter, you couldn't miss me however I was completely ignored after that. I watched a few unhappy customers come and go and that is when I left. I figured even if they did eventually help me, their work might be poor based on their customer service. They will never get my business.

Drove down south to pick up a new wheelchair at Colours in Corona. Our Camper shell was not Latching/Locking correctly. I looked these folks up on line they were VERY HELPFUL. I did have to wait a few (totally expected) as I was a drop in. The adjustments got made and my Snug Top Camper is working perfectly now. Thanks So much!!

I was recommended to pay a visit to this shop when the handle on my camper broke and I required a replacement part. Norco Camper Company is filled with knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous people. They gave me suggestions, tips, and advice on how to repair the roof on my travel trailer. These people, especially Julio, deserve a big time round of applause.
