I have been using the expert care of Norco Auto Tech for at least 15 years & have never been disappointed! Anthony, Steve & all their mechanics go above & beyond & today was a huge affirmation of that!

I was getting ready to leave home & my car wouldn't start. I called & told them what had happened & what it sounded like. Steven told me he would call ANTHONY who was " out & about" and call me back! Within minutes my phone rang @ ANTHONY was on his way over to jump my car so we could get it into the shop! I do live pretty close but WOW! That is really super customer service!

Not only that but the battery I needed isn't available till Monday, so they gave me a "loaner" till mine comes in! What a blessing these guys have been for me & continue to be!

I could never thank them enough or say enough good things about the way they handle their business!

Great staff and quality workmanship! Have been taking our Honda's there for years and never been disappointed. None of the suprises you come across at other repair shops. Not being a mechanic myself, I appreciate having a good, honest shop to walk me through my automotive nightmares. Thanks again Norco Auto Tech for your ethics, knowledge and great service! I usually don't write ratings, but after the service I received from Norco Auto Tech, I just had to let everyone know what a great place this is. Prior to getting my cars serviced and repaired from them, I was going to dealerships and shops around town that I thought were steering me in the right direction until I found Norco Auto Tech. Anytime I have an issue with my gas car or diesel truck, they step up and take care of me with the best service I have seen. I have never been overcharged, and the service is second to none. The staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to accommodate you and your vehicle.

In the current economic economy, it is getting hard to find any business that won’t try to overcharge you for work and take you for all they can get. I work hard for my money and pride myself on being honest. It’s a pleasure to do business with a shop that has the same values as me. I'm glad I found these guys and you will too. I took my car to Auto Tech, after getting an estimate over the phone, and it was half price compered to the dealer. They had my car done when they said it would be. I am vary happy with the work they did for me.



Also they did a break job for me and the breaks work great there is no squeaking.

Today I brought my 1988 300CE Mercedes-Benz in to Norco Auto Tech to find out the main reason why my check engine light wouldn't illuminate. Not more then two hours later they found the main cause of the problem and gave me a solution. The part needed to fix it was discontinued and very rare to find, but they found the part and installed it that same day. I've brought my car to many Mercedes-Benz dealerships and been turned away saying "they cant fix it." I recommend to bring your car here first before bringing it to a dealership.

In jApril of this year my car failed smog and the shop i was at refered me to here. the repairs were done quikly, at a reasonable price and the price i had agreed on. the staff was excelent and very helpful. i will be returning for future repairs.
