We contacted this company to get a pakage deal after hearing good things about them from a local church using them for their event. We got a good price for 4 items and when they showed up they were out of one of them but the substitute item was a much bigger/better item. Setup/take down went smooth and the attending staff were very kid friendly, we will be using them again this year!

I had a horrible experience with this company. We had talked about what we wanted and the total price. When it was brought to the party, they had brought the wrong inflatables and charged me $75 more than was discussed. They were not reasonable and put the blame on me. I would never reccomend this company. There are other companies in Springfield with better prices and are customer friendly.
