Horrible customer service. Inferior products. Rude.



We have ordered from J&J Supply for years and all was well until recently. We bought a case of tape that was defective. We notified them and they told us they would replace the tape. Two weeks went by and no new tape. So we called and asked and they said they weren't sending it until we sent the defective tape back (would've been nice to know that sooner). So, we boxed up the defective tape and sent it back, minus a few rolls that we had to keep in order to tape up screens. Another two weeks went by and we still did not receive the replacement tape. We called again and about a week later, the replacement tape finally arrived. It was the same defective tape!!



Today we called and notified them that we'd like to return this tape as well, and we would not like any replacement as in the almost two months that has passed since this whole debacle began, we have found a much better vendor who sells us quality tape. The man on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional, telling us that we would be responsible for the cost of THEM sending us the replacement tape and for us sending it back.



This is not how a business works! You don't not penalize the customer for YOUR inferior products.



The real gem, though, was that the "gentleman" on the phone told us we wouldn't be able to buy from them anymore. OH NO, where will get our substandard, defective products from now?!
