My AC system stopped working on Wednesday afternoon and I read some good reviews for Azrikam The Price Is Right Heating & Cooling. So I called and I was happy they could get someone here the same day. My issue was fixed within couple of hours. Bernard was very professional and detailed. The entire staff of Azrikam was very friendly and helpful. Our experience was great and will definately call them again. Excellent service provided and timely manner.

10 STARS This is the guy!!! As a single mom with 2 kids- he had heat restored back in a few house last winter and then Im called him for air conditioning at another totally different location and he fixed it over the phone after asking me a few questions. I’ll never use anyone else!!!!! Price is very reasonable and he really fixes the problem- he makes sure the job is done and then explained what he did, why and what to do to prevent future problems- because he really cares!!! I can also seriously appreciate the fact of how HE ANSWERED THE PHONE! That’s the only way to do it! He was also there in 15 minutes after I explained the problem. What a great team as well!! Thank you so much!!!

When weather was heating close to 100 our A/C went down. I was hoping it was minor problem but it turn out it was major. I could have been spending thousands of dollars but because we called Azrikam we had options. It was just wonderful service and fantastic people to work with. I really appreciate your help and the service. We will defiantly think of Azrikam heating and cooling when we will need it. And we will tell our friends about your company. Thank you again

Bernard installed by new water heater quickly and efficiently. He did amazing work and it shows. Bernard explained to me what he was doing and walked me through the process. Highly recommended and I will use him again.

My furnace kept loosing the flame after a few seconds and went online and called Azrikam, i would highly recommend Azrikam to anyone I know in need of HVAC services. Bernard is a lifesaver, he really made me a handyman (he asked me if I’m a handyman and I said no) he told me today you will be a handyman, he guided me through the phone and told I’m not going to sleep until you get the heat back. Furnace was acting up, kept turning on and off doing very short cycles last night. Called Azrikam heating this morning and Bernard showed up in 20 mins. He thoroughly checked my furnace and found out the problem was actually my Nest Thermostate. Only Charged me very minimal fee and told me to get a new Thermostate. Very honest and professional! It's hard to find a trustworthy and honest professionals these days! Highly recommend!!!

I had a short cycle problem with one of my 20+ year old air conditioners. I was expecting a call for replacement. Bernard came out to have a look. Ever the professional, he walked through possible causes, and diagnosed low refrigerant and bad air flow in my condenser and evaporator. He advised on how to keep the air flowing and got my air con running great. Even though I might need a new unit in the future, Bernard was all about helping me keep the costs down, and putting off the big expense. He really looks out for his customers. Highly recommended.

I had 4 Seasons come out to look at my AC unit and they quoted a ridiculous amt for freon ($150/lb) and stated I needed the full 6lbs. He then went into quoting me for a new unit. I just paid the visit charge and started googling local companies thinking what I needed was a new unit and needed quotes. The first person I talked to was Bernard (Azrikam Heating). I explained what was happening. He sounded very concerned that I was not given the right advise and prioritized his visit to my home to fix the issue. He fit me in-between his other appointments to look at my AC the same day. All that was needed was a quick rinse, valve tightening, valve covers and 3 lbs of freon to get me another year at least on the unit. All for only $300. He really cares about people and is all about doing the right thing. This is my first time managing household issues like this on my own and to be honest I was a little scared I would be taken for a fool. Definitely not the case with Bernard. THANK YOU very much Bernard and of course Himler. I definitely recommend this company, especially if you are a woman. They are truly passionate about what they do and do the right thing!

There are no words to explain how thrilled I am that Bernard and his team were able to fix my problem. Amazing crew. Never will be disappointed with there service. Recommend them 100%.

Bernard was here on time, got down to business, no bs, took care of of my furnace, did not charge me a typical "service call"; everything was done next to perfect, with lowest fee I have ever paid. THANK YOU!!! :-)

I had a special problem with my second floor apartment's AC. I called the biggest HVAC company in Illinois...4s. They misdiagnosed the problem. Five other HVAC companies, in addition to Bernard, told me 4's recommendation was BS and a waste of money. Bernard came in and rectified the problem as well as giving me a very reasonable price. I will always use Bernard and his company for my HVAC needs.

Woke up this morning and no heat, it's 20 degrees out and getting cold in here fast. We called Bernard at AZRIKAM Heating and Cooling he said they would be over whiten the hour and they were. Diagnosed the problem replaced the failed part and had our furnace back in working order in no time.
I recommend this business there honest and fair and they are excellent technicians.
I would give them more stars if I could!!!

AZRIKAM IS THE ONLY BUSINESS IN ILLINOIS who you should contact! I'M SO GRATEFUL this business is conveniently located right in Niles, Illinois where I live. THE OWNER BERNARD IS THE ONLY PROFESSIONAL, HONEST, & CARING BUSINESS that not only cares about getting the work done right but ESTABLISHING A GOOD CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP!!! I made a call just this Saturday, Bernard answered right away & he had a prior plans. BERNARD PUT HIS PLANS ON HOLD TO COME OVER & SEE WHAT HAD TO BE DONE!!! BERNARD WAS PROMPT & CAME WITHIN 8-10 MINUTES OF THE PHONE CALL!!! We've now used Bernard several times for heating and cooling needs and every time, he's been fantastic. The first time he came, it turned out we needed a new furnace (we knew that the furnace was on its last legs so this wasn't surprising). But it was January and very very cold. Bernard worked magic to get to us immediately and to make sure that we got heat. And each time, he's used that level of concern and care. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Our heating unit broke on Wednesday before Thanksgiving bernard came out in the morning of Thanksgiving to fix our heating unit with no extra charge at a great price. Bernard fix tuned up our unit cleaned and he explained what we should due to maintain the unit in running the way it should be running.
