This store is one of the most awful shopping experiences I have ever experienced. Purchased an item from them online but never received it. However, the money was taken out.

The worst experience is to call customer service. Some aggravated lady picks up and makes fun of your first name claiming they need the first name to verify my order. I gave her the order number three times but she kept raising her voice. Then she said I should hold for the 'supervisor' - which was another lady with a terrible attitude. The latter just hung up after making me spell my name three times.



It sounds like they employ illiterate and emotionally unstable teenagers in their customer service department . Good luck buying from them.



P.S. The 'michele d' comment on here is most likely written by one of them. lol

Thanks Niagara! I ordered a Selle Italia bicycle saddle from Amazon on 6/11/13, that was shipped from your store. It arrived yesterday 6/14/13, way sooner than expected. Hopefully my "tush" will be much happier!

The Store Bike Mechanic was very knowledgable, and advised me on the type of Crankset needed that was compatibe for my Bicycle at a price-point that I requested. I ordered the part online and it was ready for me to pick-up in less than two days!



The Mechanic installed my new Crankset, while I waited in the Store. It took about 20 minutes to get the job done, and then I was ready to go Biking again!!!
