Complete SCAM. the price for repairs is just under the price of a new product. the store is dirty and looks like its part of a electronic waste site. they are not professional. they are charging me for a repair that i told them i did't want. i wanted an estimate and they charged me for the repair. this place is a huge joke. if i could give zero stars i would.

great communication excellent with iPads they are on top of there game....... if you want quality repair and service it takes time !!!! that being said if your part is 5.00 it could take time for diagnosis disassemble and rebuild this is all labor so pay it like a man ........ these guys are awesome ..... review master

I dropped my ipad and shattered the screen. I called Fedor Electronics at 2:00 pm. The Niagara Falls location was closed and would not re-open again until Monday, however, i needed my ipad for work on Monday morning (and they are closed on Sunday). The owner sent someone to the Niagara Falls location to pick up my ipad, bring it to him at the Deleware Ave location, called me with a quote, and offered to have it fixed by Monday morning. I told them I worked at 7:00, since it was too early, they had someone stay late and fix my ipad that night. I broke my ipad at 1:30 and they had it back to me, in perfect condition by 9:00 the same night! It was a little pricey at $150, but much cheaper than the $400 I would have paid at Apple!! (I already paid that once through them since this was the second time I did this). I will definitely use and recommend them in the future!!!! They were also very friendly and polite and called each time at the times they said they would!

Same as other reviews. They took my tv and said it was power supply. I explained that I could turn tv on and get about 10 minutes and then it would go out. The tv was returned today. I paid cash as the others did. My tv goes on for 10 minutes and then goes out.

Waste of time (could have bought a new one for a bit more and not had this hastle).

Had my TV for half a year without any follow up. I was shocked when I finally got a call saying it was done.

I had a similar experience as the other review person. The TV went in for now ability to change the volume with the remote. Other wise the tv was ok. The repair was allegedly a mother board and would cost close to $400.00. I told Fedors that the TV was six years old and a new one cost around $600.00, so thanks, but no thanks. After several unanswered calls to have the TV delivered back to my home I became frustrated and went and picked up the set myself. When I got home I discovered the flat screen damaged. The TV is worthless now. They ignored me again except to have the gall to badger me into buying a used TV from them. Do not use this business for any repairs. Repeat do not use this business.

I gave Fedor a Flat Screen HDTV For Repair He Kept It For 8 Months I Finally Got It Fixed Yesterday Fedor Told Me It Was Mother Board, Well The part Was Not $249.00 It Cost $5.00 And Labor So Total I Paid Was $110.00 Works Like A Charm He Put The Wrong Screws In It And Almost Peirced My Boards And There Was Missing Screws. He Also Still Owes Me Money From The Rip Off For My Big Screen TV From Year Ago And I Am MAd That He Wont refund Me My Money . Please Do Your self A Favor And Don't Use This Service My Flat Screen , I Guess He Leaves Me no choice Small Claims Court, This Is So Unfair To Me But He Owes Me $100.00 And I Am Disabled At The Moment So I Need My Money He Wont Answer My Calls And He Wife Was Very Rude To Me , When I Talked To tech For My Other Tv He Said he Put Circuit Board In My 1996 Projection TV. Fedor Charged Me $500.00 For Mother Board And Tuner, Honestly I Would Think Those Part Are Absolete Being That Old . Thats What I Mean RIP OFF That Is Same Tv He Owes Me

Don't Use this Place They Totally ripped Me Off. They Took My 1996 Sont Projection TV The Wife Said It WAs Tuner ANd Motherboard, So The I Stopped In To Pay And Tech Said And Showed Me A Little Circuit Board He Replaced, And Tech Told Me He Did Not Replace the parts That's She was Charging Me, so I Didn't Pay That Day , since Now I figured The Price would be Lower, because Of What Tech Said, So She Still Charged Me For Something I Did Not Get, I Could Go Purchase A Flat Screen 52" For $300.00 More, Also For $400.00 They She Charged Me They Didn't Even Clean It, I Am In Process Of Getting Second Opion, Also 1 Of There other Techs Couldn't Beleive How bad I Got Ripped Off He felt Ashamed He Kept rolling His Eyes In Disbelive.I am Fighting My CC Charges Lady Also Wanted Cash No tax Deal I said No. Also I had Them repair my Other TV In NF They Took It To There buffalo Shop And I did Not See That For 6 Months And It's still Broke It's Mother Board That They Said Is Not Avaible But I Checked At RCAand Part Is Available. They Lied to Me .
