Wish there was a zero stars options...Will never use this car wash. Was never thrilled with the job they did, but because it was close to home...I popped in every once in a great while. Last time I was there, they stole $20 from under my front seat. I confronted the manager, he argued with me that I “shouldn’t have left money in there” Ultimately, After going back and forth for quite some time and not backing down,he gave the $20 back to me and I have never returned. Beware.

Rude Management

When I asked to have my trunk vaccumed as part of the $39 Winter special, Jim the Manager gave me a rude answer and pulled my car aggressively out of line. Fortunately I found a detailing service in walking distance from Starbucks, who did a great job on my three cars today, for less than the $39/car they would have charged at Sparkles.

I would NEVER support this business. They OWNER OPENLY ADMITS TO DISCRIMINATING AGAINST MINORS. He allows managers to hire high school students then demands they be FIRED for being in HIGH SCHOOL! He doesn't believe they could comprehend the ticket system.

Terrible Car Wash

$34 for a summer special for full interior and exterior. Missed lots of obvious spots inside the car. Went back to ask that they finish it correctly. It was $34 after all, and got attitude and we are really busy. Avoid them and ask a kid to wash your car instead.

"Find another car wash". That's what the manager told me when I questioned why today's car wash was $8.00 more than last week for the same service. Manager wanted to see my receipt from the previous week. Really? So I should have kept a car wash receipt in case I wanted to return the car wash? No; manager said I should have kept the receipt for "price comparison". Really?

Then the cashier has to chirp in with her 2-cents worth of an opinion defending the staff, after repeating over and over that she cannot do anything except what the manager tells her. Do yourself a favor: listen to what the manager told me: find another car wash to avoid unnecessary drama from an unprofessional staff at this overpriced under-performing establishment.

Infuriating experience. Despite paying additional for an interior clean, my car was returned to me looking as if nothing at all had been done on the inside. Crumbs on the seats and floor were still there, and nothing was wiped down inside. Asked an attendant to "take a look" and the "manager" came over. Basically said "we have done all that we are going to do". I had paid $25 for the service.

I was so taken aback by the lack of customer service displayed by the manager, that I called the business when I got home and asked to speak to the owner. Explained my situation to the woman at the front desk who said "she couldn't put her job at risk by letting me contact the owner. The owner hired a manager because he doesn't want to hear all the complaints from the cutovers". ENOUGH SAID!!
