A family member purchased a remote starter from here for my car last year. Since it was installed, it gave me nothing but problems. It did not start my car and also gave my car other issues. After the fifth or sixth time going back to par troy, I asked for it to be taken out and be given a refund, since this was all under a years time. The owner refused to give me a refund, claiming he would "fix it", which he told me the past 6 times. He said he would take the remote starter out and give it back to me. Why would I want something that DOES NOT work? Along with his employees, he was extremely rude, degrading, and disrespectful on multiple occasions. I would urge everyone to avoid going here if you value respect and working products because you will not get that here whatsoever!
