I have been eating Depasquales subs since I was a kid. To this day I will stop there for a sandwich whenever I get to Newton. I have not found a fresher, or better sub in all my travels across this country. I have eaten a lot of subs too!! I have to say the sausages that are made fresh at their own store just around the corner are all so the best around. I am including Boston's North End in this. They are better because they are all about the freshest ingredients, and keeping their quality far superior to any mass produced sausage. I live in Fall River, MA now and although their are some great shops here Depasquales is still number 1 in my book. I would say not trying one of their sandwiches, sausages or other homemade dishes would be a great disservice to any food lover
