I had a bad front tire so we stopped at Twins this morning. They got us right in, were friendly and personable and the interraction between Carl and my 9 year old boy put a smile on my face. Thank you for turning a stressful situation into a fun start of our day!

I read these other reviews and I wonder if these two people went to the same place I did. I have always had great service. Very friendly, fast and at a good price.

Newton Kansas to stay away from Twins Tire & Lube. They charge double for a wrong size tire due to there statement of after hours service. The tire is a $100.00 tire not $254.00. We also had to use OUR TOOLS AND HELP REPAIR the flat!!!!The Owner Carl was Extremely verbally abusive when confronting him! Please help post this around this area to let all know what kind of service he provides.

These guys are as shady as hell. Poor Service. Poor Attitude. Poor Knowledge. This place was a total waste of my time. I'd recommend trying anyone else but these guys. Steer clear!
