It is with a very sad heart that I write this review. I hired this company to cremate my father 21 days ago and I still do not have his remains. I never hear anything from the company but when I call them to follow up I get excuses and promises that they do not follow through on. I was told 7 days ago that someone would call and make arrangement for delivery but I havent heard anything. When I called today I got another excuse. This makes me wonder how they cared for my father and I am heartbroken to think that at the end of his life I chose the wrong place to care for him. I can not begin to describe how that feels. Please spare yourself the added worry and find someone else.



5/21/12- I would like to add that I have now been charged twice for this service. I paid over $1200 in March and today I was charged another $895. We called and were told that it is probably a mistake and someone will get back to us.
