Our daughter Susie was born with mild hearing loss, so she began speech therapy at a very young age. Over the last 2 years, she had five different speech therapists. She could communicate using a few words at the age of 5, although she could definitely understand everything we said to her. Eventually we decided to seek out a private therapist, and that was when we found Dennis Napoli. As parents, we were very worried about Susie’s future and ability to communicate. Dennis taught her how to use the muscles of her mouth and face to produce speech. She was also taught different strategies that we could use at home. So far, we are happy with how quickly she has improved.

I am a French born American citizen who has been living in the United States for the past 20 years. My passion has always been to teach, but I have been turned away by so many schools because my students sometimes have a hard time understanding me. I realized it was finally time to try speech therapy and I was amazed after visiting Dennis M. Napoli. His individualized approach to helping me adjust the way I speak has changed my life. I am now able to teach math at the elementary level without dealing with kids constantly asking me to repeat myself. I owe my career and my happiness to Dennis Napoli!

I have been struggling with a stutter for 28 years of my three decades of living. Ever since I could speak, I already have had a stutter. My parents sent me to one specialist after the other when I was in school but none of them could ever help me, and some even misdiagnosed me. After getting into a career in engineering, I didn’t think I would have much of a speaking role and was comfortable with the quality of my work. I recently received a promotion and I now have to speak in meetings several times a day. I reached out to Dennis M. Napoli and within weeks he has had my stutter down to minimal levels and my confidence through the roof. I will continue to visit him in hopes that one day, my stutter will be completely gone!

I just wanted to take the time to thank Dennis Napoli for giving my daughter the opportunity to continue her speech therapy. Since school was out during the summer, my daughter attended his therapy sessions. Ever since she started, I have noticed a great improvement in her behavior as well as her language abilities. Whenever she tries to express herself, she is not as frustrated as she used to be. It is unfortunate that our healthcare system does not pay full attention to children who have speech disorders, but we were definitely fortunate to have found Dennis. After the summer, she could not wait to go back to school and show everyone how much progress she made.

I am from the Philippines and have been working as a nurse in California for almost a decade. Although my accent was not at all bad, it was understanding several American accents that was a quite a challenge for me during my first years in the country. So, with the aim of getting myself “acquainted” with some of the major accents in the country as well as further enhancing my own accent, I decided to undergo Mr. Napoli’s 7-week accent reduction program. I really enjoyed the program. Mr. Napoli was very professional all the way, and I did learn a lot of things. So, thanks to him for his help. I am a single father struggling with my daughter’s reading, speech and language. I know she is having a hard time, too. She is almost 7 years old and is hard up in expressing herself to people. She can only say certain words, and she can't read much. I have tried getting a tutor in school, but apparently they were not able to help much. All they say is to hire a speech therapist for my daughter. I wanted my daughter to cope with her classmates in school, since she is already behind. I enrolled my daughter in the therapy program with Mr. Napoli and I am happy to say that she is improving greatly. I will continue with the program until Mr. Napoli tells me that my daughter no longer needs therapy.

My goal was to sound clear and professional for my clients and co-workers. My sister is currently under Mr. Napoli’s care for stuttering. She has been suffering from this speech problem for almost a decade now. Actually, Mr. Napoli is her third therapist, because she found no improvement with her two previous therapists. Today, however, we have noticed a huge progress in her after about four months of therapy under Mr. Napoli. She has also become more energetic and no longer fears communicating with others. She is still under therapy until she will finally overcomes her speech problem. I am really happy for her. Thanks to Mr. Napoli. I have recently moved to the United States, and since then, I have been looking for a job. I have learned that having an accent does not help you get to the places you wish to go to. This goes especially for job positions, and I have always been conscious when speaking to people considering I have a strong French accent. I heard about Dennis Napoli and how he could help me lessen my accent in a short period of time, so I started working with him immediately. He has helped me with my mispronunciations and has been really patient with me. He was very encouraging which helped me a lot, and with all his efforts, I can see such a huge improvement.

My 7 year old son is currently suffering from ADHD which resulted to delayed speech development. When he started school, I was hoping he would be able to improve with his communications skills and adapt to the other students, but sadly it has been pretty rough not being able to properly communicate with others.
