I don't normally write reviews but I felt I needed to write this one. I want to thank Allen, the owner and his employees for helping me pack and ship the items from my mother's estate. Each item was precious and sentimental to me. This was a low time in my life and I was so upset. My mother had died from Covid, which I found out Allen, the owner almost died from last year. And it helped my feelings talking to him since he had been through it too and could sympathize with me. Everyone there showed me so much kindness that I will never forget.

There were several items that had to be shipped to various states across the country to my brothers and sisters.

All the items were very special to all of them. Things from a loved one are precious and irreplaceable.

I shipped some high value pictures in antique frames, a vintage cedar chest from the early 1900's, very fragile crystal glasses with a matching pitcher, 24 lead crystal lamps and some high value jewelry that were all priceless items to the family. Allen himself packaged each and every one with so much care.

All of it arrived to each brother and sister in perfect condition. I could not have asked for better packaging. And everyone in the store was so nice and helpful. They always go out of their way to be friendly and helpful.
I have been using PMS Center for many years and trust them with every item I have shipped. And I will continue to use them for all my shipping. They are the BEST!!

If I could rate 0 or less, I would. Do not ever ship through these people!!!!! Nothing they told me about delivery dates for the 2 packages I sent (1 via UPS ground and 1 via FedEx ground) was true. I spent a lot of money to insure timely delivery. I'll never return there again.

Shop around before visiting. I was going to ship a large package there since they're next to my home. Quote from them was ridiculous. I've shopped other places and I'm convinced this is the most expensive place you can possibly ship from. Staff was polite, but I walked out.

Terrible service. Went in to mail 4 cards & a 5x7 envelope. There was no one else in the store but the clerk barely even looked at me while he talked on the phone. I had to purchase postage for the envelope - it was just over $3, but due to $5 credit card limit I opted for "PRIORITY" which cost nearly $8!! The clerk said it should arrive by Tuesday. As of Friday (Eight days later) it still had not been delivered The 4 cards were finally delivered Friday.Too slow too unfriendly. I'll stick with the real post office.
