Overall I had a distasteful visit to this Newnan location they were very helpful to the individuals that walked in, in front of my daughter and myself but then when the staff looked at us and looked away with a nasty smirk. So just because I have manners I said to them hello how are you? I was starting to believe that it was because of the color of my skin but after reading this rather detailed review before mine I am convinced that they are just rude individuals that shouldn't be working in costumer service, because they have no idea what it even means!!! Place has great merchandise but really needs new staff!

I normally don't write reviews, I read them. So when I read the only review on YP about this place I was reluctant to go there. SURPRISE!!! I went there today and it was awesome. The staff was friendly and fun. Plus I left with a fistful of cash for nice clothes my daughter will never wear again. The overall experience has inspired me to write a review of my own and I suggest you check it out for yourself.

My first trip has set the mood for what I think of this establishment and what I will tell my friends and family about the place. The entire process was horrible. I went to drop off two trash bags full of brand new clothes, many never worn and were bought less than a year ago. The environment was uncomfortable. The ladies working there were beyond rude and gave me dirty looks the entire time that I was there. To be fair, there was one girl in there that was great but she was definitely the only kind one. I left and about an hour and a half later I got the phone call about my stuff being processed. The girl on the phone was rude and demanding about the time that I came to get my things. I get there and even though here was an employee near he door and several behind the counter , it took me getting to the counter and horrible stares from the employees before anyone asked if I needed help. While they could not find the bin with my stuff they continued to give dirty stares. The girl that got my tote kept smirking at me and gave the impression that I was a huge inconvenience to her. She didn't speak above a whisper so I have no idea what she said about the clothes and she did not let me see my itemized receipt. After the way that I was treated, I will never step foot in this store again and I will make sure that everyone that has kids that I know will know about this experience. They even looked at my child in a disgusted manner.
