What Happened To This Store?

This store has gone downhill. The bakery is under stocked where it was once always full every time I came in and the produce is ROTTEN and filled with gnats and flies, as little as a month ago the produce was clean. There is hardly any customers in the store anymore, I'm assuming because it looks as though the store isn't being stocked. It wasn't like this before. All I can guess is that the store changed management?.
