Would not use this travel.agency again had problems with our trip to dreams resort Punta Cana Dominican Republic problems with our rooms for five nights and she did not respond and correcting the situation we pay for two rooms tropical luxury view of the ocean and pool area we got stuck in back rooms looking at border fence of the resort we had to try to settle this with the concierge at the resort but rooms switches to other rooms no air condition for the next 4 nights I wrote her a letter she's never responded to solving this problem we called her from the Dominican resorts with our concerns what she did not take the effort to help us correct it we had to try to correct at the resort I do not recommend this agency for any travel at all in the future one room ended up being flooded from the air conditioning systems have a.
