I use to eat at Final Score when they were a little hole in the wall on Lyons Ave. Great sandwich, fast service. The new place is horrible. The sandwich is the same but expensive, and the service stinks. The past four times I ordered sandwiches, the orders were wrong. I even asked them to check the order for correctness prior to leaving, got home and sure enough it was wrong again. Ham and cheese sandwich and they forgot the ham??? Owner needs to be there controlling his high school employees who spend more time talking with friends on their cellphone than customer service. After 10 years of being a customer. I won't go there anymore.
