If I could I wouldn't even give them any stars. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I've literally had to ask and wait about 10 minutes for an associate to help me every time I've gone in there because they're too busy talking to their friends! And not only that but they are all so rude! I even overheard one girl talking about me as I was walking towards the bed, she didn't even wait for me to leave the room! Save you're money and go somewhere else, they are unprofessional here!

My wife was told by an associate there that if she bought a tan package then both her and I would be able to use it. She doesn't go very often so she thought it would be good since I frequent there more. When I went in to use the tans an associate told me that I couldn't use them. I explained that's not what we were told and we would have never purchased the package and she called someone. They said to allow it, but that's not the way it works. I said "ok" and got my tan and left. I tried to use another tan later on and the person said I couldn't use the tans. I once again had to explain the situation and they refused to let me use the tans. My wife now has a bunch of tans, which she will never use. I feel the associate lied in order to get business and now my wife has a bunch of tans she will probably never use. Absolutely ridiculous. If your associate lies, you need to honor the terms she sets forth. I understand it's not your "policy", but lying and then not fulfilling what you say is terrible service.

Horrible customer service. We have been overcharged and mischarged on numerous occasions. Every time we try to call and get a resolution, we are told they will call us back, with NEVER a call back. All I know is money keeps coming out of my bank account, without authorization!! I would avoid this place at all costs!!!!

Terrible customer service. With the numerous tanning salons around I would definitely go somewhere more professional.
