I was there on Wednesday, June 4th to get my first oil change on my 2018 Honda Civic and the technician did not properly install the undercarriage shield back on my car. It began dragging the interstate immediately after I left. I called and spoke to them and they accepted responsibility stating sometimes we do not get it back on properly and told me to bring it back. I explained I was not comfortable doing so as it was dragging the ground and if it were to fall off it would be unsafe for other drivers. I was able to have someone ziptie it back on. When I returned, Matt told me that it was not their fault and I had to have hit a pothole because there was scratches on it. Obviously there were scratches and even holes as it drug the interstate at 75mph! Do not use this place. My $70 oil change is now going to cost my hundreds of dollars. My car has been seen my a body shop owner and my mechanic who both state this damage could not have occurred from hitting a pothole or running over anything. My car is still in perfect alignment and I have no other damage. My email to the owner has not been responded to.
