This management company does not represent the homeowners themselves just the elected representatives. I received a notification of a violation of a rule where I live. I rectified the situation and contacted them requesting them to contact me to let them know it was resolved. Nobody bothered to contact me but instead I receive a second letter stating it had not been resolved.



I contacted them again with no reply. They need open dialog with their community members something which they obviously lack. This management company sucks!
