Being as I am the manager and have been in the business for several years, I can tell you that the only reason I would take you to court is if you dont pay your rent or you are causing problems you have been warned about. I do not keep everyone's deposit. People get their security deposits back a lot at Pine Lake. We do not charge for basic wear and tear. So if you trashed the apartment, then yes I will use your security deposit to fix the damages you caused. I would glady speak to you in person so we can improve on our already great community.

they over charge,maintenence man is unworthy to even work at mcdonalds! nothing but a bunch of drunks and druggies living there,and the manager,leslie,is a joke! they always keep everyones deposit and will take you to court and charge you with things you never did.
