Called in the morning about a bad well pump and they told me and did show up that morning. Had all the equipment and materials to have me back with water before the afternoon. This was with their regular service guy on vacation. You could probably pay less, but there is no way it’s worth it.

I called and left a message about a problem with my parents' well late in the afternoon. I figured no one would call me back that late. Sure enough, Todd called and told when he would be able to come out to look at the well. He came and gave us an estimate for the repair. The date and time he told us Matt would be there, he was there and ready to work. They are so knowledgeable and whatever Todd says, you can count on it. Top notch operation from top to bottom. It's so nice to deal with a company that does exactly what they say they are going to do. No surprises. The estimate he gave us was spot on. Great company!

I was having problems with a 43 year old well. Todd and I talked on the phone about the problem and we both thought we might be headed towards drilling a new well. Today Todd and Matt showed up and started checking into things, bottom line Todd cleaned out the old well and got everything back to where it should be. He and Matt were both very courteous, professional and thorough. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Great Service, removed a very difficult well pump, installed a new pump and pressure tank, check for water pressure and leaks. Fantastic service and very polite service tech. I would recommend them to anyone needing well service.

I called these people to come do some well work and I was told they would have someone call me back.it too 2 days before someone finally called me back and then the guy told me he could not do it for a week but would check his schedule and call.these people never called back.I would not recommend them to anyone they are always advertising and now I see why they do not care about customers or keeping there word to people.

They replaced my pump and pressure tank over a week ago and ever since Iv had nothing but problems with my pump constantly running! When I called to tell them about the problem they responded with that's not their problem.

If your looking for a professional well service company, stop looking and call these people. They will not disappoint you. From the first phone call till the service man left my house, it was complete professionalism. They were at my house within two hours of our first phone call. And didn't leave until the job was done, and done right. These are the only people I will call if I ever need well or softener service. Thank you Cammy and Matt. You guys are awesome!

Fixed my water well the same day! Great service

We have been working with Mount Water Well Drilling for nearly 15 years! They have installed two water wells, a water treatment system, and an extensive irrigation system covering 15 acres. Mount has always been dependable and professional in anything we have had them do. Their service after the sale on our water well pumps and irrigation pumps has been incredible. They have com through for us in some extreme situations. We rely on them for their expertise and experience. They have always delivered!

Reason for 'average' rating:1) All workers extremely nice and very considerate-when entering our home-- A++2) Our 'no water' issue was addressed one week earlier than expected-A+3) Flip side-were told we would get "half" back what we put in attempting to dig current well deeper if no water found--we got half back the $1000 to bring the rig in-not half back the entire cost of project.4) Were told new well would cost "a few" thousand---"a few" thousand to us meant "3-4;" for Mounts it meant $6000-$7000. 5) Our mistake to not get contract or ask for written estimate; their business mistake to not provide us one.6) When customer asks cost of job, replying $13/foot is not quite accurate---better business practice would be to use your 10 years experience, and provide customer more accurate figure- "you can figure $13/foot times 3 "(total cost of project) 7) 15 days to pay bill-negotiated this#3-6 done differently/more accurately, would definitely have increased rating
