We hired Greg Pantirmas owner and CEO of PCMacnerds to update our computers in office. He ended up stealing our credit card information and attaching it to HIS PayPal account and making 47 unauthorized and unjustified charges on our credit card totaling $14,419.35. He started charging our cc during the pandemic when we were closed without us realizing he had our cc information attached to his PayPal account. Never returned the money. We had to file a Police report with Cliffside Park police and hire an attorney to get a judgment against him Bergen County Court for full amount stolen. He defaulted and failed to answer or appear in court. Turns out he has several judgements against him and defaulted several times. What owner of a normal professional legitimate company would do something like this to an innocent client? Do your homework on this guy and business. A lot of lies, deception and consumer fraud. He’s not licensed anywhere in state of NJ. He has no partnerships with major companies and his locations appear to be fake. Plus he uses aliases to make you think there’s more people then just him at his fraud company. False advertisement and fraud on website. Beware and be careful. Don’t let him do this to you. Was a total nightmare. Greg overloads himself with work and lies to customers acting as though it's more than just him. Put the address in google maps and it's not even an actual business location. He had my computer and drive for over a week and repaired nothing. Next computer store charging $375 for the same job he tried charging me $699 for. Save yourself and avoid this scam artist

Unfortunately i have to disagree with the reviews bellow. Total scam . Greg came in & fixed nothing . Always claimed "oh thats interesting " we will work on it over night , or by monday it will be fixed; we never saw the day where anything was fixed. If anything they came in a left all our computers worst then what they were . When it came to contacting them via phone no one ever picked up at the time in need. & when he came in the office he spoke some other language on the phone & once again fixed nothing. Save your money . You are welcome for the free star

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable mac experts and are open 7 days. Which is very helpful since I travel extensively I always find my self in need of computer assistance for many different reasons. I do have to say that in most cases I do find people. As long as I do not mind waiting for an appointment or driving to them that also cost a lot of money. Well no more of that, now all I have to do is call pcmacnerds my saviors. Wherever I am they will connect to my mac and help me with any issue that I have. I recommend PCMacNerds to anyone in need of computer repairs and support. Greg the technician that got send over not only was quick to respond to a request for help,and he was willing to stay as long as it took to remediate the problem. He went above and beyond in determining how best way to proceed, and was exceptionally fair in informing me of the most economical options. Greg even followed up once his job was done to assure that all had turned out well. I am extremely satisfied with the company and have their card on my refrigerator now; they will for sure be my first line of attack should computer issues arise again, and I would feel very comfortable recommending their services to anyone I know. Excellent service and quick response. Helped us solve a difficult problem with our networked printers and got us back up and running within an hour or two. Very much a lifesaver after dealing with Verizon customer service for days and getting an expected response time of several days from another provider. At the moment I am headquartered in South Jersey, on Long Beach Island, thus a little out of range to come in to your bricks and mortar location. This made your willingness to respond to my "cold call" a pleasant surprise.

Since I am both impatient and computer handicapped, frustration can build quickly. Add to this the "chain of custody" issues which arise in the handling of legal documents, which I am doing. Given my circumstances, the eccentricity (in Word, I am assuming) which occurred related to automatic change of date text in a document to the current date is particularly alarming. So when I called you after the end of the business day and, in a panic, asking your help to undo this unwanted automatic action, I was more grateful than you can know for your willingness to jump in to problem solve. "These PCMACNERDS are amazing. They're responsive to your needs almost without regard to the time or day. They know their stuff, hardware especially, and they won't consider the job finished until they get it right. Their work is very reasonably priced -- no $$$ charge just for walking in the door. Was searching for a mac specialist and found PCMACNERDS which was also a great sign for me that they are also open 7 days a week. Spoke with a technician which ended up that they had to pick up my mac because it was better to do the work in their shop, so they replaced a broken screen, tested it, updated some software, and returned it to our house all within 1+1/2 days (it would have been sooner, but I forgot to unlock it for them). They kept in touch every step along the way, stuck with their original estimate, and were friendly and respectful at all times. These guys are great! Thanks Bill C
