f I could give them zero stars I would! The installers from Luxury Floors Inc were extremely unprofessional; the main installer arrived over three hours late, spent quite some time talking on his cell phone and was immediately discussing leaving early to take care of personal business. The installation was subpar and the installer asked us not to watch them while they installed the floor. When the project manager arrived, the installer decided to leave and not complete the job.
