Terrible business. Delivering flowers to wrong address without signature and refusing to make good

Terrible flower shop and lousy service. I ordered flowers for my moms birthday and had them delivered to our house. When my mom received them the arrangement was NOTHING like the website picture. It was less than half of an arrangement the vase wasn't even filled the flowers were literally hanging over the vase. Online, the arrangement had 9+ roses ( there were 3 in my arrangement ). They showed 6+ mini daises and I received not even 5!! I called them to see if they could send another arrangement, the lady was very rude continuously said I ordered the "standard" and not the deluxe ( the online picture ) but there was NO option to have deluxe. She hung up on me after saying to leave the arrangement out front and someone will be by to drop off another one. I will never order from there again.

I ordered a balloon and bear for my step son as I couldn't be at the hospital the day of his surgery. The delivery time was between 12pm-5pm which was perfect he was scheduled to be there at 10:30. I just wanted to send a bear with a hug and kiss from me to let him know I love him and was thinking of him. At 8am the driver called from the hospital trying to deliver the bear and balloon. We told the driver he wouldn't be there until 10:30 the driver said they would be back later. At 4pm we called to check on the order and were told they weren't going to be able to deliver the bear and balloon. At no time did they call me to let me know they couldn't complete the order to give me time to find another place. They took zero accountability when I talked to the owner and even try to lie about what time they were at the hospital. When I said the delivery time was between 12pm-5pm she told me that wasn't there fault it was the website I used to order from. The thing that really upsets me is when I spoke to my son on his way to the hospital I told him I sent the bear with a hug and kiss from me so we was excited to get it. When I told the owner she could of cared less and even put the phone down and walked away. If you want your flowers delivered on time and a company that stands behind there work do not trust these people. I really hope they don't do wedding I would hate to think how bad they could mess up a wedding.
