Very rude!! Dude at the front desk was very rude!! Refuse to make eye contact it was very rude to my daughter who was only 9 and it was her first time getting her nails done. I told him it was her first time getting her nails done and she would like to have a good experience and he was so nonchalant and rude about doing her nails and the Polish came with the next day. They're very unprofessional there I see why it's empty

So, so rude! Told a customer that came 5 minutes late because of traffic to go somewhere else because she took a different customer in. I came in for eyebrows and while waiting in the lobby I heard them yell "Hey eyebrows, room 3" My name is eyebrows and at least dont yell at me across the room like that. Terrible service.
