This carpet service company is very bad!!!. I scheduled an appointment for carpet cleaning - Initial price was $150 while scheduling the appointment then at the time of service started bumping price you have bourbon carpet - you will be charged $10 more for room it will additional $40. I said that's fine. After that service crew started saying there are foot prints they will be not cleaned for this price and you need to pay additional price to clean that. I called customer service and questioned, their service so bad - That's way the pricing works. While I'm talking to customer service - the crew left the place without job done and not even informing me. This is first time i attempted to try something new but this one of the worst company ever experienced and do not recommend - If you are ordering service be careful. Do not trust their customer service representative and servicing crew - Very bad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
