BEWARE THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN REPORTED TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU SEVERAL TIMES.



Its going on 14 weeks and I have yet to receive my order which was stated to be delivered within 4-8 weeks. I will advise all students and colleges to RUN away and choose another company; a professional company. I asked the manager when my photos will be delivered and that it should not take 13 weeks to print anything in 2012 and the manager responded by telling me his company is #1 and competitors take longer. First of all Edward you never answered my damn question and for the record Thornton Studio is NOT the #1 photo service in NY nor in the US.



For all those who posted their unfortunate complaints here make sure to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of NY. This company needs to be penalized for the constant complaints customers are having. I felt relieved to see that others here also witnessed the managers, Edward, arrogant lack of assistance who lied to me and said his name was Edwin. The asian lady who I believe is named Linda is so disrespectful; she even hung up the phone on me several times and ignored my phone calls when they realized it was me calling back demanding a response. Just report them and see how arrogant and disrespectful this company continues to be. Oh and lets not forget Patrick ughhh this company disgust me.



I WILL NEVER USE ANY SERVICE PROVIDED BY THORNTON STUDIO NOR WILL I RECOMMEND ANY COLLEGE, STUDENT, OR INDIVIDUAL TO USE THEIR SERVICES.



***take note that all the positive comments were made around the same time and are short and very similar. Therefore, take note that the people who really had an experience to share did not have something positive to say. Personally I believe Edward and his employees wrote 90% of these reviews.***
