These guys revived the lost arts of customer service and value - I never had a mechanic work harder for my business. Will never take my car to the Volvo dealer in Manhattan again. My Volvo XC 70 required a number of items to be repaired, including a new set of tires. These guys underpriced the dealers on the work and competitively shopped for a great price on the tires (essentially TireRac plus delivery charges.) No voice mail and being routed through phone menus- Harvey always answered on his cell.
