Very well treatment. No long wait, courteous and sensitive technicians.

Yeah this place right over here folks. After seeing abysmal reviews about another company in the boroughs and cancelling my brain MRI there, i came in recommendation to Park Av Radiologists. I'm not hysterical about it and in my case the actual experience if an MRI is really interesting. But most folks arent as weird as me, and these folks know that people are putting their brains and parts into their hands for a half hour. The self-check-in process was fast, at a kiosk rype machine. I was called within 3 minutes ti fill out the papers. I was scheduled for 930 am. I was called to go down to the machine at 905am The technologists were totally cool. My technologist was calm pro and 100% with me. Lime I said the actual MRI experience is fascinating, it's like music, thoygh i can see why a non-musician might freak out...The sounds and timbres are similar to what u might hear in a movie during robitic foreboding scenes...but I was out and on the street by 10am!

never had my sonogram. It was scheduled for 7:30 AM, I arrived at 7 AM. The office was empty, when I came.The receptionist reassured me that there was no one ahead of me, and I would be finished promptly. As time went on, I approached the receptionist several times to inquire about the lack of progress, but the answer remained the same" they know." Nevertheless, I waited for 1 hour 30 mins and the mysterious " they" never appeared. Eventually, I had to leave before being called in, because I could not afford being late to work.The following day, I had this test done at the West Side Radiology, where people were attentive and courteous, and the entire process took 20 mins including 3 mins waiting time.

Very. very dirty. Chairs in upstairs waiting room are stained with who knows what...urine, coffee spills. Little waiting room downstairs in which men and women have to sit with everyone else in their blue jonnies and wait their turn. Very embarrasing. Clinician very nice until we asked if there was a medical doctor there in case of an emergency and he said yes after hesitating quite a bit. He never introduced us to this doctor. We would never go there again.

My appointment was at 9:00am, and I was done and out of there by 10:00am. As painless and hassle free as you could expect.

I have always had an exceelnt experience with these guys. They are always accomodating and really nice.
