Zero star. They are a bunch of thieves waiting for a chance to steal your money for a lousy and worthless appraisal. A local jeweler would give you a fairer appraisal than these guys. They won't disclose anything until they are done. Once they're done, they will give you the results even if you're not satisfied with it. They charge you higher than GIA and their appraisal is worth nothing. If I were to appraise my ring again, I’d either do it by a local jeweler or go directly to GIA. By going to GIA, I’ll at least know that the money I’m spending is worth it. IT MAKES SENSE TO GO TO IGI IF YOU’RE A BIG DEALER. THEY WILL GIVE YOU WHATEVER RESULTS YOU WANT ON YOUR STONE BCUZ OF THE BUSINESS INVOLVED! For an average person, this is not a trustworthy place to refer to! IGI just robbed me for $220 without me even noticing. GOOD LUCK.
