Not really much to say about this place. Just odd that all the reviews are in a short period of time with only one day between them and then they suddenly stop about a year ago.

This place found a problem with my GMC pickup that two other shops couldn’t find. Runs great now and the repair cost was low. It was great working with NYC Tires and Auto care. What a great shop, fast and friendly service. The mechanics know their stuff.

This place is just as solid as everyone says. I had a minor issue – I just needed a headlight bulb replaced (I got pulled over the other day for it). The gentlemen at NYC Tires and Auto car got me in right away and were done in less than 10 minutes. Will certainly go back for any work in the future.

I have so many horror stories with auto repairs but…this one is by far the best auto repair facility I’ve ever come across. Not only was the customer service exceptional, but they kept me continuously updated throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend to a friend and I will certainly return.

Outstanding. I called them over the weekend and they were able to fix everything on Monday. I have no complaints. I love it when people do everything they say they will. Thank you!

I’ve worked in mechanics shops before, so I know how one should be run. This is one of the better ones I’ve seen. Thanks Frank, my co-worker, for recommending NYC tires to me. I’ve had the tires on my truck changed several times now here and the price cannot be beat, not to mention they always have it ready within 24 hours

I have returned to NYC tires for many years, even my friends and family come here. We have always had a great experience with them. Some people just like to write bad reviews, try them for yourself.

NYC tires and auto care has always been my go to place to repair my car. I really like that they always call me about anything extra that my car needs, instead of just tacking it on the bill like other shops have done to me in the past. Trust in tires and auto care NYC, the mechanics there are great.

I guess every shop has good and bad comments, but I can’t believe most of these bad reviews. I’ve been a customer with NYC for over 5 years, they take care of all my cars and I haven’t had even one issue with them. I wouldn’t listen to these reviews and just see for yourself, I’m absolutely a satisfied customer.

I hate it when my car breaks down, and especially when it’s my wife’s car. It’s such an inconvenience being with just one car. I had been here once before and had a great experience, so I decided to come back to leave my wife’s car. The next day her car was already done! I only had to endure one day of driving my wife all over the friggin city. Thank you guys! I promise to return!

I always bring a friend or family member with me to the mechanic because I know nothing about cars. A few days ago my car wouldn’t start and I really didn’t know what to do. I found this place on my phone while waiting for AAA, and was easily towed there. I was really nervous because I didn’t have anyone else with me, but they were so easy to work with. It turns out there was an issue with my battery and they were so comforting through the whole process. I finally found a place that I trust enough to go by myself!

Why did it take me so long to find tires and auto care nyc?

I drink coffee and surf the internet on my tablet while waiting for my car, am relaxing on a nice sofa and when it’s time to pay the bill...I don’t freak out like the hulk.

In tires and auto care nyc I’m always paying a fair price.

When my longtime mechanic passed away, I didn’t know who was going to fix my car anymore. One of my coworkers suggested this place since he’s had some work done here. I went to take a look and loved the level of service. I explained my situation to them and everyone was so understanding – from that day on I trust the boys at NYC. They help me all the time, any day of the week, and are so reasonable.

For all these reasons I RETURN TO NYC

was having some issues with my car overheating and the engine running rough. I was really concerned about finding a good shop, luckily NYC has really friendly service and they were really accomodating. The guys at the shop explained all the problems my vehicle and it was ready in only 72 hours. A big thanks to the guys at NYC Tires and Auto Care!

I don’Getting my tires changed here is always really easy. I just call Mike, the manager at NYC Tires and Auto Care, leave my car there on a Thursday and can pick it up on Friday. My favorite place to buy tires.

My car stopped this morning and just wouldn’t start. I didn’t know what to do so I called AAA. They were on a huge wait, so they suggested I call NYC Tires and Auto Care direct. The staff were great over the phone and said they could help me right away. So glad I called them because they were able to fix everything at an awesome price.
