NEVER PARK HERE! These idiots scratched my bumper and refused to do anything about it. They are rude and do a horrible Job running the business.

They smashed the whole side of my car and refuse to submit it to their insurance company. They are giving me a total runaround. DON'T PARK THERE! When I tried to write a claim they said I probably banged it up myself and am just blaming them.

Don't go there ......

The workers here are very rude. I took my car in and the attendant was on his cell phone and ignored me. After a while, I waved to get his attention and he gave me a dismissive gesture and then told me to either wait for him to go somewhere else. He took his time to alert some other attendant to come to me. I told the rude attendant (who’s name I found out is Dennis) that he has poor work skills. He got very angry and yelled and cursed at me, and then went back to continue his call. I believe he tampered with my car because after I got it out it stalled and stopped about a block out and had to be towed. BEWARE!! Don’t take your car to this garage.

I almost did not use this garage this past weekend based on the reviews I read here on YP but after calling many other garages in the area only to find that their rates were much higher than advertised, I decided to try them out.

I had absolutely no problem with them at all. The rate was reasonable from Friday afternoon to early Sunday morning. My car was intact as was anything left in it, of course, I took whatever I felt was valuable, my gps, my work ID etc, cash. But they were fine. Total bill was $52. I asked to see the breakdown of the bill, and they showed me with no issues at all. Got in my car and went on my way.

The attendants/manager mr Davis were unbelievably rude to the patrons. Informing one customer he isn't going to get his car for another house because he was early. Refusing to remove the car; yelling and screaming at customers saying they can go move the cars for him. For the customer to go around the city and walk around until his time he told him he would be back. The poor customer was astonished. This is not the first time for this obscene behavior. I'd rather get a boot on my car then lever park here again

The employees here will steal from you if you leave anything out at all. DO NOT give them business. These people are not to be trusted. I'd give them 0 stars if I could.
