Provided by YP.comIt was a very pleasant working with Mike's team. One of Mike's greatest strengths as a GC, in my opinion, is that he can clearly articulate all of your options and their pros and cons in a way that empowers you to make good decisions about your project. If there is something that you really *should* do, he will tell you so. But he will also be straightforward about which parts of the project are "nice to haves" but which are not strictly required -- or which can be deferred to a later stage. This means that your remodel gets done on time AND within budget.
