Provided by YP.comI hired DIRECT CONNECT AUTO TRANSPORT to ship my car from Florida to my house. After I signed a contract and PAID them, they refused to deliver it to my house. They made me take delivery in another state from a broken down truck from another company and on top of that the front end was SEVERELY DAMAGED. The owner John C. said he would take care of it but after many calls I was told by Kimberly that he does not take calls from customers. Also would not provide their insurance info. TRUST ME for your own good STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
