My recent dining experience at Carbone Ristorante Italiano was nothing short of a culinary masterpiece, where exquisite flavors, attentive service, and a sophisticated ambiance converged to create an unforgettable evening of Italian dining.

This place is amazing. I have been here a few times and each time was eaqually impressed. The food is great, the owner is hilarious, and I always feel so comfortable when im in here. I really like this place and highly recommend it to anyone in the area, or looking for a nice place to dine.

best fire baked pizza in the city! try it you will love it. order extra sauce with it, its delicious!

went to Manhattan on buisiness and found this small place. must have been my lucky day.

If you are looking for authentic Italian food, this is the place. Everyone from the waiters to the cook are right off the boat Italian.Even the mascot Maximo (the roman mastiff) will be there to greet you will a friendy CIAO!

Very nice atmosphere, great food, i had the antipasto italiano and lasagna and it was to die for.

The owner, from Rome, is also very friendly and came personaly to our table to chat with us and make sure everything was OK. I felt so welcomed and at home, and needless to say I will be going back again everytime I get to New York.......thank you Carbone see u soon
