Owners were very helpful. Helped me during what could have been a very stressful time. They exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend.

Absolute worst care. Reputable nanny agencies won't charge if the nanny leaves within six months. These have a six week period. So if the dud nanny they provide quits after 7 weeks then you are screwed. Agency is only interested in money. The service appears to be good until you have a problem with the poor nanny they provide and then they want you to pay full fees for them to rectify their mistake. Stay clear.

They are not upfront and don't explain their fees. It costs $250 just to get an interview and they can show no proof that these nurses are professional and certified etc.. The guy at the agency is very rude and condescending. He refused to be clear on how things work and said "it's $250 just to talk to him". That is absurd. In addition, you have to be "locked in" for 14 days to make their hourly rates and fees worth it. So if you don't get someone you like, you are basically screwed and there are no guarantees. I will never use this service based on the initial conversation with the people at the agency...it's unbelievable the service already and the baby isn't even here yet. It's better to get someone that has been recommended by doctors and or friends.
