The staff were robotic on a holiday, however... ok... the pizza was the most important thing because my family were stuck at home with illness and requested this advertised pizza place. The staff at New Ulm stated , "if you order thin crust you get less ingredients and this includes less cheese". Also stated, " we have to measure less". So I ordered extra cheese for 3 dollars and it was pathetic. I said that it was a high price for two large thin crust pizzas for 35 dollars with minimum ingredients and me purchasing extra. The pizzas' looked bare. It came with 2 small dessert pizzas which were good. You cook everything when you get home. What a profit they make! It was ok pizza BUT we had to add ingredients to it. AND COOK IT. So I would recommend trying other places for pizza in New Ulm, MN
