I had my truck towed in on Monday to their shop. They told me on the phone beforehand they could get to it on Wednesday, then I was told they couldn't get it started batteries were dead, (when I went to get my things before I left it, they left key on, inside lights, cb,etc everything was on after I had turned it all off) then I was told on thurs they had to figure a way to tow it nto the bay cuz it won't start!! REALLY. That's why I brought it there!!! They couldn't use tues, Wed to figure out how to tow it!!?? I couldn't get an answer for 4 days to see whether I should wait it out or home! I will be positing more on this as we go on I'm sure.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR TRUCK HERE. IF YOU BREAK DOWN IN THE PITTSBURGH AREA THERE ARE OTHER OPTIONS. IT TOOK TWICE AS LONG AS IT SHOULD HAVE TO MAKE REPAIRS AS THEY TAKE THEIR LOCAL CUSTOMERS OR FLEET CUSTOMERS AHEAD OF OTR DRIVERS. BILL WAS 75% HIGHER THAN WRITTEN ESTIMATE, AND THEY TRIED TO BILL FOR SERVICES NOT DONE. ALSO, WOULD NOT HONOR POSTED MONTHLY SPECIALS ON SERVICES.
