BEWARE! This moving company damaged and/or destroyed the majority of our belongings. We were also told that we were paying for climate controlled storage for one month, however, we went to the storage facility and learned that our belongings were all kept in outdoor storage. Multiple items had water damage, and many more were scratched, scraped and/or broken. The owner refused to allow us to have a different moving company come and retrieve our belongings and threatened to keep everything if we didn't pay the initially agreed upon price (which included climate controlled storage). We called the police but learned that it would be a long drawn out process if we refused to comply with the company's demands. We have now been trying to get in touch with the moving company to file the insurance claims for almost two weeks, but they will not answer or return our calls. Avoid this company at all costs!
